Libramed tablets

Libramed, in combination with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity, is suitable for weight control in adults and adolescents thanks to its composition.

The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.

Follow a low-calorie diet and ensure regular physical activity.In case of a long-term diet (more than three weeks) it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Application

Recommended dose:

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age take 3 tablets before the two main meals.
• Children between 8 and 12 years take 2 tablets before the two main meals.

Take the recommended dose with a large glass of water, making sure to swallow each tablet one at a time.Do not chew the tablets or crush them with your teeth.

If you have problems swallowing tablets, you can add the Libramed tablets to lukewarm water or unsweetened fruit or herbal tea and stir until completely dissolved.The resulting drink must be consumed within a few minutes before gel formation begins.

Notes

It is recommended to take the product two hours apart from medications to avoid interactions when taking them.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to one or more ingredients.
