Application notes
Take sober in the morning before breakfast. For endurance loads of 1 hour, additional tablets L-Carnitin can be taken 1 hour before the training. Before the marathon also 3-5 g.

Consumption recommendation?
From the Megamax L-Carnitin à 500 mg capsules, take one or two capsules with a little liquid in the morning before breakfast. As an endurance athlete, you can take 2 x 2 capsules with 500 mg L carnitine every day. The best time for this is about an hour before training.
