Isotonic sodium chloride Berlin-Chemie 9 mg / ml (0.9%) Infusion solution must not be used:
- If you allergic against sodium chloride or the section 6. stated other ingredient of this medicine are
- For waxing states (hyperhydratation states).

Warnings and Precautions:

Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before isotonic sodium chloride Berlin-Chemie 9 mg / ml (0.9%) infusion solution is applied to you, especially:
- If you have a reduced potassium content in the blood (hypokalemia) to have
- if you have an increased sodium content in the blood (hyperremia) to have
- if you have increased chloride content in the blood (hyperchloremia) to have
- If you have diseases that have restrictive sodium supply (such as insufficient performance of heart, generalized edema, pulmonary edema, hypertension, eclampsia, highly limited performance of kidney).
Controls of electrolyte and fluid status are required.

The dosage usually depends on the fluid and electrolyte demand (40 ml / kg body mass / day or 2 mmol of sodium / kg body mass / day).

The following guidelines apply:
The maximum infusion rate depends on the clinical situation.
> Maximum daily dose: The maximum daily dose is determined by the liquid and electrolyte requirements.
> Adults are a value of 3-6 mmol sodium / kg body mass,
> For children of 3-5 mmol sodium / kg body mass.

In hypertonic dehydration, it is essential to avoid too fast infusion speed (Cave: increase in plasma osmolarity and plasma sodium concentration).

For intravenous infusion:
