Application

Facial zones:

1. Place the closed energy liner on the crown chakra (exactly in the center of the head) for 20 seconds with sustained gentle pressure. Breathe in and out slowly and consciously.
2. Open the energy liner and slowly run the middle facial meridian from top to bottom. Avoid the lip and mouth area.
3. Stimulate and activate your third eye with seven circular movements.
4. Move along the facial zones in the appropriate order, from the center of the forehead outwards. Feel the beneficial effects spreading throughout your body.
5. Move along the facial zones in the appropriate order, from the bridge of the nose to the right and left of the nose. Feel the beneficial effects spreading throughout your body.
6. Move along the facial zones in the appropriate order, from the nose towards the ear. Feel the beneficial effects spreading throughout your body.
7. Move along the face zones in the appropriate order, left and right temple area. Feel the beneficial effects spreading throughout your body.
8. Move along the face zones in the appropriate order, below the middle of the nose, around the right side of the mouth, along the chin towards the cheekbones. Same for the left side. Feel the beneficial effects spreading throughout your body.
9. Close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly and consciously for about 1 minute.
