Important notes (compulsory information):

Heavenural 1%. Active ingredients: Lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O. Applications: For use in the context of neural therapeutic application principles.

For risks and side effects, read the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Important use information. Read carefully before use!

HEWENURAL 1%
Injection solution
Active substance: Lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O 20 mg
Local anesthetic for neural therapy
Medicines for local stunning (local anesthetics of acid amide type)

APPLICATION AREAS:

For use in the context of neural therapeutic application principles.

Contraindications:
HEWENEURAL 1% must not be used:
- at known hypersensitivity to local anesthetics of acid amide type,
- with serious disturbances of the heart irritation system,
- with acute failure of heart performance,
- At shock.

Precautions for use:

Take special care with Heweneural 1% if necessary if necessary
You at one
- kidney or liver disease,
- myasthenia gravis suffer
- the injection should be made in an inflamed area.
The applicable physician will be 1% before applying Heweneural%
- basically pay attention to good filling of the circulation,
- make a careful circulatory monitoring and all measures to
Being ventilation, therapy of convulsive accidents and to revive. Furthermore, the applicable physician will observe the following information: is an allergy against lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O known, so a cross all energy against other acid amide local anesthetics must be expected. When used in the neck-head area, there is a higher risk of hazards because the risk of central nervous poisoning cancellations is increased. To avoid side effects, the following points should be considered:
- For risk patients and when using higher dosages (more than 25% of the maximum single dose at sort of administration) Intravenous access for infusion (volume substitution),
- Choose dosage as low as possible,
- usually do not use a vascular additive,
- Observe the correct storage of the patient,
- aspirate in two levels before injection (rotation of the cannula),
- Caution for injections in infected areas (due to increased recording in reduced efficacy),
- Turn injection slowly,
- Check blood pressure, pulse and pupil width,
- Observe general and special contracers and interactions with other medicines.
It should be noted that under treatment with blood clotting inhibitors (Anticoagulants, such as heparin), nonsteroidal anti-rheumatics or plasma replacement means, not only an accidental vascular injury can lead to serious bleeding in the context of pain treatment, but that generally has to be recalculated with increased bleeding. Corresponding laboratory investigations are 1% prior to the use of Heweneural Perform. If necessary, the anticoagulant therapy must be dropped early enough. An application with simultaneous pension therapy to avoid thrombosis (Thrombosisprophylaxis) with low molecular weight heparin should only be carried out with special caution.

Children and older people:
For children and older people, dosages are individually calculated taking into account age and weight.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Lidocaine is to be used in pregnancy only with a strict indication position. An endangerment of the infant when using lidocaine in lactation appears unlikely.

Driveion and use of machines:
From your doctor, you decide on a case-by-case basis whether you are able to actively participate in road traffic, operate machines or work without a secure hold.

Interactions with other means:

Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you take / use other medicines or recently taken / applied, even if it is non-prescription medicines. The simultaneous gift vascularend medicinal products leads to a longer duration of active duration of Hewenural 1 %.

With simultaneous administration of Heweneural 1% and Secale alkaloids (such as ergotamine) or epinephrine can occur a pronounced blood pressure drop. Caution is required when using sedatives, which also affect the function of the central nervous system (ZnS) and can change the damaging effect of local anesthetics. There is an interplay between local anesthetics on the one hand and calms on the other. The latter drug group raises the CNS vapor threshold.

With simultaneous use of APRINDIN and HEWENURAL 1%, a reinforcement of the side effects is possible. Aprindin has similar side effects due to chemical structural similarity with local anesthetics. Caution is offered with simultaneous therapy with certain heart medications (propranolol, diltiazem and verapamil). By accepting the lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O excretion is a significant extension of the excretion time with the risk of accumulation of lidocaine.

Combinations of various local anesthetics produce additive effects on cardiovascular system and CNS.

Caution is offered with simultaneous administration of the H2 blocker cimetidine. Due to a decrease in liver flow and inhibition of the reduction, lidocaine blood concentrations can already occur according to intercostal blockage. The effect of non-polarizing muscle relays (certain medicines for muscle slash) is extended by HEWENURAL 1.

Dosage instructions, type and duration of the application:

HEWENEURAL 1% is generally applied by a doctor. Please ask your doctor if you are not quite clear about the application. Basically, only the smallest dose may be administered with which the desired effect is achieved. The dosage must be made individually according to the peculiarities of the individual case.

Unless otherwise applied by the doctor, the usual dose for adolescents over 15 years and adults with an average body size: Skinquaddling per quaddle up to 20 Mg 1% (equals up to 2 ml). When applied to tissue, from which a rapid absorption of substances takes place, a single dosage of 300 mg lidocaine hydrochloride 1H2O should not be exceeded without vascular additive additive or 500 mg lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O with vascular-weighting addition.

In patients with reduced general condition or altered plasma white binding (eg, serious kidney, liver or tumor diseases, pregnancy), smaller doses must be applied.

In patients with renal insufficiency, a shortened effective time of local anesthetics is observed. This is attributed to an accelerated transport of the local anesthetic into the bloodstream, by blood overall and increased heart time volumes.

In liver diseases, the tolerance is reduced against acid amide local anesthetics. Responsible for this is made of a reduced material changing power of the liver and a reduced protein synthesis with a resulting lower plasma protein binding of local anesthetics. In these cases, a degraded dose is also recommended.

In patients with cerebral disappointment dilutions must be given more attention to the manifestation of central nervous symptoms. Even with non-high lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O doses must be calculated with an increased variable. In the Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome, allergic and toxic reactions of the nervous system can increasingly occur on local anesthetics. In patients with characters of heart failure or clinically relevant disruptions of exciting formation and propagation in the heart, the dose is to be reduced and a constant control of the function parameters is required, even according to the operating end of the local anesthetic. Nonetheless, local or regional nerve blockade may be the anesthesiological method of choice. Please talk to your doctor if you have the impression that the effect of HEWENEURAL is 1% too strong or too weak.

Children and older people:
For children and older people, dosages are individually calculated taking into account age and weight.

Type of application:
Heweneural 1% is injected into the skin (intracutaneous). Basically, in continuous use, only low concentrated solutions of lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O are applied. The injection solution is intended for single removal only. The application must be done immediately after opening the container. Unused remains are to be discarded.

If you have further questions about the application of the medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Overdose and other application errors:

Application of too large quantity:
a) Symptoms of overdose: HEWENEURAL 1% acts in low damaging dosages as stimulants at the central nervous system, in contrast to high damaging dose areas. The lidocaine hydrochloride poisoning runs in 2 phases: they become restless, complaints about dizziness, acoustic and visual disturbances as well as tingling, especially at tongue and lip area. The language is washed out, chills and muscle floors are harbinging of a threatening spasm of convulsions concerning the whole body. When poisoning the central nervous system progresses, it comes to an increasing malfunction of the brain stem with the symptoms of breath restraint and coma to death.

b) Emergency measures and antidote are immediately initiated by the attending physician according to the disease signs.

Side effects:

Like all medicines, Heweneural may have 1% side effects. The assessment of side effects is based on the following frequency information:

Very common: More than 1 treated from 10
Frequently: 1 to 10 treated from 100
Occasionally: 1 to 10 treated from 1,000
Rarely: 1 to 10 treated from 10,000
Very rare: less than 1 treated from 10,000
Unknown: Frequency on the basis of the available data is not estimable

The possible side effects after application of HEWENEURAL 1% Most largely correspond to those other local anesthetics from the acid amide type. Unwanted effects for the entire body can occur at higher blood levels (over 5 to 10 μg lidocaine per ml) and relate to the central nervous and cardiovascular system.

For blood levels, as they are generally achieved in the case of a rule-right application, blood pressure is usually only slightly influenced by HEWENURAL 1%. A blood pressure drop can be a first sign for a relative overdose in the sense of a heart-damaging effect.

The triggering of a heavy fever (malignant hyperthermia) is, as with other local anesthetics, even for lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O can not be ruled out. In general, however, the use of lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O in patients with such a disease in the prehistory is held for safe, even if the occurrence of malignant hyperthermia in a patient, which had received lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O for epidural anesthesia, it was reported.

Allergic reactions to HEWENURAL 1% in the form of itching, swelling of the tissue by water storage, trunks of the respiratory tract or respiratory residual syndrome and circulatory reactions are occasionally described. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if one of the listed side effects will significantly affect it or notice side effects that are not specified in this document formation.
