Recommended use of H&s horsetail herb filter bag (pack size: 20X2.0 g):

You can drink H&s horsetail herb filter bag (pack size: 20X2.0 g) 1 glass/cup of tea 3 times a day.
1 filter bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the filter bag and squeeze it out gently. Drink the freshly made tea.
Note: Make sure you drink plenty of additional fluids. For the preparation of envelopes, 5 filter bags are used for 1 Liters of water used.
