Organic nettle leaves, organic lemon verbena, organic lemongrass, organic yarrow, organic birch leaves, organic peppermint, organic fennel, organic cloves, organic coriander seeds, organic cinnamon.

Pour fresh, boiling water over 1 filter bag for one cup.
