Instructions for use: Information for users
GeloMyrtol ® Forte 300 mg, gastric-resistant soft capsules
For application in adults, adolescents and children from 6 Years.
Pharmacically active ingredient: distillate from a mixture of rectified eucalyptus oil, rectified sweet orange oil, rectified myrtle oil and rectified lemon oil (66: 32: 1: 1).

Always use this medicine as described in this leaflet or exactly as your doctor's or pharmacist instructions.

1. What is Gelomyrtol® Forte and what is it used for?

Mode of action: GeloMyrtol ® Forte is a vegetable medicine for mucous solution in the airways.
Areas of application: to the mucous solution and facilitation of the abuse in acute and chronic bronchitis. To the mucus solution for inflammation of the nasal sinuses (sinusitis).

2. What should you consider before taking Gelomyrtol® forte?

GeloMyrtol ® Forte must not be taken,

• if you have inflammatory diseases in the gastrointestinal area and in the area of bile tract and heavy liver diseases,
• if they are allergic to eucalyptus oil, sweet orange oil, myrtle oil or lemon oil as well as cineol, the main component of eucalyptus oil, or one of the other ingredients of this medicine mentioned in section 6,
• of infants and children under 6 years.

Warnings and Precautions:
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you GeloMyrtol ® Take Forte.
Special care when taking GeloMyrtol ® Forte is required

• If you suffer from longer persistent or worsening discomfort, respiratory distress, fever as well as purulent or bloody ejection, you should immediately consult a doctor.
• The capsule content must not be used for the treatment of children for inhalation.
• If you are under asthma bronchial, ladding cough or other respiratory diseases that suffer with a pronounced hypersensitivity of the respiratory tract, you should GeloMyrtol ® Forte only after consultation with your doctor.

Important information about certain other ingredients of GeloMyrtol ® Forte:
This medicine contains sorbitol. Please take GeloMyrtol ® Forte only after consulting with your doctor if you are familiar with any intolerance to certain sugars.

Taking GeloMyrtol ® Forte together with other medicines:
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you apply other medicines, recently applied other medicines or intend to apply other medicines.
The effects of other medicines can be weakened / shortened. In humans, such an effect could be used in terms of intended use of GeloMyrtol ® Forte has not yet been detected. For GeloMyrtol ® Forte is not sufficient to interactions.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suspect to be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Pregnancy:
Since no investigations are present in pregnant women, may GeloMyrtol ® Forte in pregnancy will be prescribed only after careful benefit risk balancing by the doctor.

Latving:

3. How to take Gelomyrtol® forte?

Always take this medicine exactly after consultation with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Unless otherwise prescribed, children aged 6 to 12 take Years 1 to 3 times a day 1 gastric-resistant soft capsule.

If you have a larger amount of GeloMyrtol ® Forte taken than you should:

5. How to keep Gelomyrtol® Forte?

Keep this medicine inaccessible to children.
Store in the original packaging to protect the content from moisture.
