FITTYDENT Sensitive Adhesive Cream
Reliable adhesive effect - all day long
Wearing a denture can cause pressure points and irritation on the gums. fittydent's reliable adhesive effect prevents the prosthesis from shifting and thus reduces friction-related complaints. In addition, the natural care effect of aloe vera and myrrh relieves gum problems and prevents irritation. The adhesive effect of the water-insoluble fittydent sensitive adhesive cream not only fixes the upper denture perfectly, but has also been specially developed for the salivary lower jaw area.

To clean your prosthesis, we recommend the fittydent super cleaning tablets super (PZN 3467796), which reliably remove the residue of the water-insoluble adhesive cream and adhesive inserts.
How does the fittydent adhesive effect work?
Conventional adhesives are water-soluble and work according to the “suction principle”. The saliva between the prosthesis and the jaw is thickened, the prosthesis only sticks to the jaw. Similar to two wet panes that stick together but float movably on a liquid film, the dental prosthesis can shift or even detach from the jaw.
fittydent is insoluble in water and works according to the "chewing gum principle". fittydent sticks instead of just sticking. The two discs can neither be separated nor moved - they stick firmly together. That means: secure hold and no shifting or slipping. For chewing gum to stick to a surface, it must be dry. Therefore, fittydent consists of two components.
One initially absorbs moisture from the oral mucosa and ensures a dry surface. The other component ensures the long-lasting "sticky effect". The adhesive cream is insoluble in water, but absorbs liquid like chewing gum and slowly becomes softer. At a certain stage, the sticking effect turns into a sticking effect. The prosthesis can now be removed without any problems. Accordingly, the duration of the adhesion also depends on the amount of adhesive cream used.

Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Polyvinylacetate, Alcohol, Triacetin, Paraffinum Liquidum, Silica, Aloe Vera Gel, Commiphora Myrrha Extract.
