Application areas)
Treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.) in dogs and cats.
Treatment of tick infestations (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) in dogs and cats.
Treatment of biting lice infestations in dogs (Trichodectes canis) and cats (Felicola subrostratus).
The veterinary medicinal product can be used as part of a treatment plan to control flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).
Insecticide efficacy against reinfestation with adult fleas lasts up to 6 weeks in cats and up to 3 months in dogs, depending on the environment.
The veterinary medicinal product has persistent acaricidal activity against ticks of up to 4 weeks depending on the environment.

Contraindications
Do not use on sick (systemic diseases, fever…) or convalescent animals. Do not use on rabbits as side effects and even death may result. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients.

Side effects
If the animal licks the solution, increased salivation through the carrier solution can be observed for a short time. The extremely rare side effects include temporary skin reactions such as itching or hair loss. In some exceptional cases, increased salivation, reversible neurological symptoms (hypersensitivity, depression, nervous symptoms), vomiting or breathing problems were observed after use. If you notice any side effects in your animals, especially those not listed in the leaflet, tell your veterinarian or pharmacist.

Dosage for each animal species, type and duration of use
Method of application: Mechanical pump spray for external use only. The pump delivers 0.5ml (100ml bottle) of spray per pump unit.
Dosage: To wet the coat down to the skin, apply 3 to 6 ml per kg of body weight (7.5 to 15 mg of active ingredient per kg of body weight), depending on hair length. This dose can be achieved with 6 to 12 pump units per kg body weight of the 100 ml bottle. Depending on hair length, the 100ml bottle gives 4 to 8 treatments for a 4kg cat or up to 3 treatments for a 10kg dog.

Dosing form: spray the entire body of the animal from a distance of about 10-20 cm. Spray against the direction of the fur, making sure to wet the animal's entire fur. Rub the coat, especially on long-haired animals, so that the veterinary medicine can penetrate the skin. When treating the head region and when treating young or nervous animals, the solution should be sprayed onto the hand (with gloves) and massaged into the coat. Allow the fur to air dry. Do not rub dry with a towel.

Properties: The formulation contains a film-forming substance. Therefore, the coat shines after one application.

Instructions for correct use
Treatment plan: In order to optimally eliminate a flea and/or tick infestation, a treatment plan can be drawn up according to the local epidemiological conditions. Since there are no relevant tolerability studies, the minimum waiting time between treatments is 4 weeks. Puppies and kittens from 2 days can be safely treated.

Special storage instructions
Extremely flammable. Do not store above 25°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Keep medicines out of the reach of children. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the bottle.
