The juice weekend: For fasting beginners and for regular fasting
In many cultures, fasting is considered the key to greater well-being. Therefore, many modern nutrition experts recommend regular therapeutic fasting. duówell® balance juice weekend is a 7-part set for a fasting day and a preparation day, which includes high-quality organic fruit and vegetable juices Combined with omega-3-rich organic chia seeds and a refreshing organic Moringa Cleanse tea.
The juice weekend is suitable for both beginners and regular fasters. An accompanying plan explains the exact procedure. The Juice Weekend is the ideal complement to the duówell® balance Juice Week and can be regularly added to the personal menu can be incorporated. Preparation of the Moringa Cleans tea:
Put 4-5 teaspoons of tea in a pot, pour boiling water over it and leave to steep for at least 10 minutes.
