This was my first time fasting and I've wanted to do it for years. I had been mentally preparing for this for a month. And it worked great. At first you think about eating but I didn't feel hungry the whole time. The compilation is great. I sometimes ate a small clear broth with it in the evening. It went so well that I immediately added another 3 days. Body completely detoxified and I was full of energy. Truly unbelievable. Detailed description is included - I will do it twice a year in the future. What an experience....
