If constipation occurs, for example from eating too much chocolate, a small tablet can help prevent unpleasant consequences the next day.I can recommend it, but not for continuous use; only occasionally in specific cases.

When I move around (especially on vacation), I usually have digestive problems.I certainly don't need to elaborate on how unpleasant and, quite literally, burdensome this can be.Laxatives should and must remain an exception, but if nothing happens for days (despite natural remedies like sauerkraut, flaxseed, prunes, plenty of water, and exercise), then in my opinion, a moderate use of this medication is not unreasonable.The tablets work reliably the next morning if taken in the evening (however, milk should be avoided before, during, and after taking them, as this impairs their effectiveness).

The application is easy to understand and very well tolerated.Perfect for holidays.
