Dr. Theiss Immune Direct Spray combines zinc, selenium and vitamin C Vitamin B6. Zinc, selenium and vitamin C contribute to normal function of the immune system (physical defence). Vitamin B6 contributes to a Reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The easy-to-use spray is easy to dose thanks to the spray head. Put 3 sprays directly into the mouth twice a day in the morning and evening. It can be taken independently of meals.

I've been taking this spray since early autumn and, unlike before, I haven't gotten any colds/flu. Since I'm a nurse, I'm always exposed to a lot of viruses and have gotten a bad case of the flu once or twice in the winter since I've been using this spray regularly I'm fine in that regard!
