Field of use

Doppelherz Magnesium 400+B12+C+E tablets (pack size: 30 pc) is a dietary supplement with magnesium, vitamin C, E and VitMain B12. Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot form itself and can only save to a limited extent. Increased physical loads use muscles, energy metabolism and nerves. This can increase the need for magnesium. Magnesium makes a contribution to the normal energy metabolism and the normal function of muscles and nervous system. Vitamin B12 contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin C and E make a contribution to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also supports the normal function of the immune system.

Mode of action

The magnesium contained in Doppelherz Magnesium 400+B12+C+E tablets (pack size: 30 pc) plays an important role in the activation of certain enzymes and contributes to the energy metabolism. The mineral supports the normal functions of the nervous system and muscles.

Take 1/2–1 tablet for a meal with sufficient fluid. With increased magnesium requirements e.g. B. take 1 tablet daily due to heavy physical stress in connection with a low -magnesium diet.
