Delgesic ® 100

Against fever and pain
Composition:
1 bag Delgesic 100 with powder contents of 204.6mg contains 180mg D, L-lysine mono- (acetylsalicylate), corresponding to 100mg acetylsalicylic acid.

Application areas:
Pain, z. Ex. Head, tooth, regulating pain; Fever, even with cold diseases; Rheumatic diseases, Gelenkrheuma (Chron. Polyarthritis), acute suppression of arthrotic diseases, soft tissue rheumatism.
However, in children and adolescents with feverish diseases because of the possible occurrence of a Reye syndrome, delgesic should only be applied to medical advice and only if other measures do not work.

Please note:
Delgesic should not be used for a long time or in higher doses without the question of the doctor.

Contraindications:
Delgesic must not be used in gastric and duodenum ulcers and morbid increased bleeding tendency. Delgesic should only be used after issues of the doctor with simultaneous therapy with coagulation inhibitory medicines (e.g. Cumarine derivatives, heparin), with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase shortage, at asthma, in hypersensitivity to salicylates, other anti-inflammatory / anti-rheumatics or other allergenic substances, chronic or recurrent gastric and duodenary Heavy, in preheated kidney, in pregnancy, especially in the last 3 months.

Hints:

Side effects:

Note:
In the case of more frequent and prolonged use, severe gastric bullets can occur in rare cases. In case of black chair (Teerstuhl) is immediate to notify the doctor. In exceptional cases, after prolonged use of Delgesic, a bloodlessness can occur through hidden gastrointestinal blood losses. Interactions with other means:
The effect of coagulation-resistant medicinal products are increased, z. E.g. Note:
Some gastric agents (antacida) may affect the high, continuous salicylate blood levels required for certain indications.

Dosage instructions:
Delgesic 100: Unless otherwise prescribed, children get 25-50mg / kg body weight per day (expressed in acetylsalicylic acid).

Type of application:
The content of the bag is dissolved in some water, fruit juice, milk or tea and drunk.

Durability:
Delgesic is limited only. Please pay attention to the expiry date specified on the carton. Delgesic may no longer be used after this date expires.

Characteristics:
The delgesic active substance lysine acetylsalicylate is a water-soluble salt of acetylsalicylic acid. The spectrum of the effect of Delgesic corresponds to that of the acetylsalicylic acid, but due to the exceptionally good water solubility of Delgesic, it is characterized by a good gastric compatibility and rapid effective entry.
Delgesic contains no sodium and can therefore be taken by patients with so-called salt-free and salt-resistant diet.
