Selenium supports the normal function of the immune system and thyroid and is important to protect the cells from oxidative damage, to maintain normal hair and nails and for normal sperm formation.
Recommended consumption:
1 Hard capsule daily, take unknown with enough water.
The simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, since this can affect the optimal availability of sodium selenit. In contrast, a temporary consumption (at least one hour) no longer has any influence.
