The Epsom salt vital bath meets the highest quality standards and contains 1000g original Epsom salt in a practical, resealable stand-up pouch.
For a full bath, add 2 cups of Epsom Salt Vitality Bath to the bath water and bathe for approx. 15-20 minutes.
