• Bromuc® Acute 600 mg: 1 times a day 1 application for adults and adolescents from the age of 14;

When do I have to go to the doctor with a cough?
In many cases, coughing is harmless, but can also have serious causes or health risks. - It has been very rare about the occurrence of severe skin reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome and Lyell syndrome in a temporal connection with the use of acetylcysteine.
- When the skin and mucous membrane changes come back, medical advice should therefore be obtained immediately and the use of acetylcysteine should be ended.
- In the event of liver or kidney failure, the preparation should not be used to avoid further supply of nitrogen-containing substances.

I would particularly like to emphasize the quick onset of the effect. I was very pleasantly surprised to achieve such a positive effect after such a short period of time. The urge to cough is satisfied after taking it and coughing up itself became much easier for me after taking it. The application is super easy. The sachets are really practical, so I can always take some with me to work and take them from there at the usual times. The sachets also allow you to store the cough suppressant for much longer and you don't have to throw away the remaining sachets after just a few days/weeks like with other cough syrups.

My husband and I have been taking Bromuc for several years when we have a cough. We have always given our children ACC children's juice, but have recently switched to Bromuc. We simply like Bromuc more in terms of taste; the children really enjoy drinking it when we mix it into a glass of water for them. It is of course much better than ACC for storage and durability. These sticks are worth their weight in gold and a really great idea! Totally user-friendly and great effect that occurs quickly and lasts a long time. Simply great for coughs! Everyone can highly recommend it. 5 Stars.

The first cough reliever that our son takes easily and happily. I think most parents are already familiar with the pain of taking medication for children - fortunately we had no problems with this cough suppressant. There's nothing to complain about in terms of taste, I tried it myself, it tastes like orange. The powder not only dissolves well in water, it also dissolves very well in porridge. The effect occurs very quickly and the cough got better and better within a few days. The mucus also dissolved very well and it made it easier for my little one to cough up. Are very happy with it.

I have been taking this product for a very long time. I don't just give it to myself, I also like to give it to my son because it really helps a lot. The pharmacist recommended it to me a few years ago and I've been using it again and again since then because the effect is really great. Dissolves mucus well and helps with coughing up. Powder is packaged in practical sticks. I think it's ideal, it couldn't be better. :) Contains no sweeteners but glucose and is even gluten-free. It can be dissolved easily in tea (whether warm or cold), doesn't fizz and even tastes good. Great price, especially unbeatable online.
