1. WHAT LACHESIS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?

Lachesis is an anthroposophic medicine. Areas of application: According to anthroposophic human and natural knowledge, the harmonization of the interactions of sensitivity and life organization in dislocated processes of the metabolic system, which lead to functional disturbances or organic diseases, are part of the application areas, which lead to functional disturbances or organic diseases, e.g. Local or general purulent inflammatory, feverish disease processes; Complaints in menopause, exhaustion and mood states (Psychovgetative complaints).

2. What do you need to consider before using Lachesis?

Lachesis D6 must not be used in hypersensitivity to snake poisons. No contractions are known for the liquid dilutions for injection from D12.

Precautions for the application:
The application of the medicinal product for local or generalized purulent inflammatory, feverish disease processes should not be carried out without medical advice and does not replace other medicinal products prescribed by the doctor. For persistent, unclear or new complaints, a doctor should be consulted as it can be diseases that require medical clarification.

Children:
For infants in the first year of life, Lachesis should not be used because there are no sufficiently documented experiences.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Like all medicines, Lachesis should be used in pregnancy and lactation only after consultation with the doctor.

Interactions with other medicines:
Not known. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have applied other medicines or recently applied, even if it is non-prescription medicines.

3. How is Lachesis to apply?

Always use Lachesis exactly as your doctor has told you. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is: from Lachesis D6 to D20 received adults and children from 6 years 2 once a week up to 2 times daily 1 ml of subcutaneous injected. Toddlers from 1 to 5 years receive 0.5 ml as a single dose. Lachesis D30 is injected only once a week until 1 times a day. The potency capacity suitable for the treatment is selected by the doctor according to the respective clinical picture and individually prescribed for the patient. The subcutaneous injection usually takes place in the thighs or the upper arm outside or in the abdominal region. After purging the puncture site (e.g., by rubbing with 70% alcohol) form a skin fold and pierce the injection needle obliquely. Slightly withdraw the syringe stamp. Should blood appear, a blood vessel was hit. Repeat the injection in this case at another location. If no blood appears to slowly inject, then pull out the needle and press the puncture site briefly with a swab. In any case, it is recommended to learn the injection technique through a person experienced in it.

Duration of application:
Treatment at local or generally purulent inflammatory, feverish disease processes should be completed after 2 weeks. If no improvement occurs within 2 days of highly feverish processes, a doctor is to visit.

If you forget the application of Lachesis:
Do not use twice the dose if you forget the previous application.

4. Which side effects are possible?

Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions against snake poison are possible. In this case, immediately set the medicine and look for a doctor.

5. What else is important?

You must not use the medicinal product after the expiry date specified on the ampoules and the folding box.
