Humana Electrolyte must not be dissolved more concentrated than specified: content of a portion bag (6.25 g of powder) in 250 ml freshly boiled water or heated Humana Baby water or in 250 ml of tea (eg chamomile or fennel tea) dissolve and drink in portions of warm or cold. An acute diarrhea disease leads, especially in conjunction with vomiting, rapidly to a large deficit of water and mineral salts. Humana Electrolyte is a mineral mixture for rapid compensation of these mineral and fluid losses in diarrhea. Humana Electrolyte is a dietary food for special medical purposes (complementary accounted diet), suitable for dietary treatment of diarrhea in infants after 12th month, children and adults.

Instructions for use:
Dosage and duration of treatment according to medical statement, otherwise recommends Humana following procedure:
1. Rehydration (compensation of water and mineral losses) On the 1st day with Humana Electrolyte - in the first 6-12 hours exclusively:

1st - 12th month: in the first year of age please Humana Use electrolyte fennel
Small / schoolchildren: approx. 2-8 bottles or cups of 200 ml each (50 - 150 ml / kg body weight).
Adults: approx. 6-15 cups of 200 ml each (20 - 40 ml / kg body weight).

A seriously ill child must have the solution under critical circumstances and z. B. in vomiting, can be fanned at short intervals and in small portions. To ensure adequate fluid supply (unsweetened fennel, chamomile or havebuttea), please do not administer any carbohydrate-containing drinks.

2. Realimentation (food structure) on 1st/2. Day with Humana HN healing food:

Humana Electrolyte serves rapid compensation of mineral and fluid losses in diarrhea (oral rehydration therapy).
