A super good old, well-known remedy for colds... it helped me a lot as a child when I had a cold... and I still use it today. My oldest son suffers from severe chronic bronchitis and he loves it when I rub his back and chest with it in the evenings... because the vapors make it easier for him to breathe and he can sleep peacefully.I can only recommend it.
