Internal use for catarrh of the respiratory tract;Inflammatory changes in the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat.
External use for inflammatory changes in the skin.

100 g of medicinal tea contains the active ingredient: 100 g of ribwort plantain leaves

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended use of SPITZWEGERICHBLÄTTER BOMBASTUS:

Unless otherwise prescribed, for catarrh of the respiratory tract, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 3 to 4 times a day: 2 teaspoonfuls (approx. 1.4 g) of ribwort plantain leaves are poured with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes strained through a tea strainer.

For rinsing or gargling and for preparing compresses, a cold extract is prepared 3 to 4 times a day in the specified amount or the required multiple as follows: 2 teaspoonfuls (approx. 1.4 g) of ribwort plantain leaves are poured over with cold water (approx. 150 ml), left to stand for 1 to 2 hours while stirring frequently and then passed through a tea strainer.
