Area of application

• The preparation is a dermatic for the scalp with an active ingredient from the group of sulfonated shale oils.

Contraindications

• The medicine must not be used,
  • if you know that you are allergic to the active ingredient sodium bituminosulfonate, light or to any of the other ingredients
  • if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Dosage

• Always use this medicine exactly as described or exactly as discussed with your doctor or pharmacist.Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the product should be applied to the affected scalp two to three times a day.
• Apply the product to the affected scalp with your hands and massage the solution in lightly.By removing the dandruff before treatment, the effect of the product can be improved.If you have an oily scalp, it is recommended to wash your hair daily before using the medicine.If your scalp is dry, remove the dandruff by brushing the hair thoroughly before each use, if possible.
• The frequency of use depends on the clinical picture.

 

• Duration of application
  • The duration of application depends on the success of the treatment;The treatment should be carried out until the symptoms subside.
    

 

• If you have used more than you should
  • When used correctly, no overdoses are known.
  • If the solution is accidentally swallowed, no symptoms of poisoning are to be expected.

• Apply the solution to the affected scalp with your hands and massage the solution in lightly.By removing the dandruff before treatment, the effect of the preparation can be further improved.If you have an oily scalp, it is recommended to wash your hair daily before using the solution.If your scalp is dry, remove the dandruff by brushing the hair thoroughly before each use, if possible.

Solutio Cordes solution is a dermatic for the scalp with an active ingredient from the group of sulfonated shale oils.Solutio Cordes solution is used to support the treatment of scalp diseases such as oily scalp (seborrhoea capitis).

Solutio Cordes solution must not be used:

• if you know that you are hypersensitive (allergic) to the active ingredient sodium bituminosulfonate, light or to any of the other ingredients,
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Using Solutio Cordes solution together with other medicines:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.The simultaneous, additional use of other scalp therapeutics may affect the effectiveness of Solutio Cordes solution.Sodium bituminosulfonate, light can increase the solubility of other active ingredients and thus increase their absorption into the skin.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Solutio Cordes solution must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding because there is currently no sufficient information about the risks of using sodium bituminosulfonate during pregnancy and breastfeeding.Possible effects on the development of the unborn child and the period after birth, effects on fertility and the transfer of the active ingredient into breast milk have not yet been investigated.

5. WIE IST SOLUTIO CORDES LÖSUNG TO KEEP?

What Solutio Cordes solution contains:
The active ingredients are sodium bituminosulfonate (ichthyol sodium), light and 2-propanol.100 g of solution contains: 0.5 g of sodium bituminosulfonate (ichthyol sodium), light and 40.0 g of 2-propanol.The other ingredients are: propylene glycol, dodecylpoly(oxyethylene)-2-hydrogen sulfate, sodium salt, purified water.

What Solutio Cordes solution looks like and contents of the pack:
Light yellow solution.Solutio Cordes solution is available in plastic bottles with 120 ml (N1) and with 1200 ml (2 bottles of 600 ml, clinic pack) solution.
