Contradictions

• The preparation must not be taken,
  • if you are allergic to valerian root, St. John's wort or lemon balm or other components of this drug if you know that your skin is hypersensitive.

dosage

• Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• The recommended dose is
  • The usual dose in adults is: 20 drops 3 times a day.
  • The single dose corresponds to 0.74 ml (0.69 g), the daily dose 2.22 ml (2.07 g).
  • Taking children and adolescents under the age of 18 is not recommended due to insufficient examinations.
  • People with liver or kidney dysfunction
    • There is no sufficient data for concrete dosage recommendations for restricted liver or kidney function.

• Duration of the application
  • If your symptoms worsen or no improvement occurs after 2 weeks, a doctor or another person qualified in a healing profession should be consulted.
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • An overdose is usually without consequences.
  • If you have significantly overdosed this medicine, you should consult a doctor.
  • If you accidentally took twice or three times the intended dosage [entspricht 1,5 - 2,25 ml (= 40 - 60 Tropfen) dieses Arzneimittels] , this usually has no adverse consequences, except that you also take an alcohol amount. In this case, continue taking as described in the dosage instructions or was prescribed by your doctor.
  • When accidentally drinking by children or toddlers, due to the alcohol content - nausea, vomiting, dizziness and unconsciousness can occur. In this case, a doctor should be contacted immediately.

• If you have forgotten the intake

Taking

• Please take the drops in some liquid before or for meals (preferably half a glass of water). As a sleep aid, please take a single dose half to an hour before bed, as well as another single dose earlier in the evening, if necessary.
