Field of use

• The preparation contains the active ingredient ethacridinlactate. It is a medicine from the fabric group of the Acridreiertats with a wide antibacterial effect against wound infections (antiseptic). When using local application, it inhibits the structure of the bacterial wall and thus leads to the quick death of a variety of pathogens.
• It is used to reduce seeds on the skin.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used
  • in the case of known hypersensitivity to Ethacridinlactate, other Acridin descendants or one of the other components of the drug.
• The preparation must not be used in the eye area.

dosage

• Always apply the preparation exactly according to the instruction.
• Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• The usual dose is:
  • Apply the ointment 3 times a day in a thin layer of the diseased skin area.

 

• Duration of the application
  • Do not apply the preparation without medical advice for more than 7 days.
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the preparation is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have used a larger amount than you should:
  • You can continue the treatment with the specified dosage. No impairments can be expected in the event of a short -term overdose.

 

• If you have forgotten the application:
  • Do not apply the double dose if you have forgotten the previous application.

 

• If you cancel the application:
  • You could endanger the success of the treatment. Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before you cancel the treatment.

 

• If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Taking

• The preparation is used to apply to the skin. The ointment should always be applied thinly in order to accelerate the drying process, to avoid secretions and to be able to do without as possible.

Patient information

• Special care in the application is required:
  • Haubs to which the preparation has been applied should not be exposed to sunlight over a longer period of time.

 

• Wateriness and operating machines:
  • There is no experience with regard to the impairment of traffic and the ability to use machines.

 

 

 

Pregnancy

• The medicine should not be used during pregnancy, since there are no examinations on fruit -damaging effects.
• Even during breastfeeding, the medicine should not be used, since it is not exactly known whether the medicine will pass into breast milk.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking/ using all drugs.
