the adhesion in the panties could be better and environmentally friendly disposable covers would be nice

I can only give 5 stars.The pads are simply excellent.Once you get used to them, you don't feel any pressure or pinching.Everything is as it should be.Plus, the pads are leakproof.I wasn't sure about that at first, but now I'm convinced.It just goes to show why it's worth going to the pharmacy.
