How is OptiFibre^® used?
OptiFibre^® is easy to use: it can be dissolved in all liquids without losing the consistency change color or taste (except: carbonated drinks). The powder is simply stirred in and waited briefly until it has completely dissolved.

Start with 1 serving/day.
If necessary, slowly and gradually increase the amount to 3 servings/day.
We recommend using OptiFibre^® regularly for three weeks. However, dosage and duration of use may differ from person to person, therefore talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Important NOTE:
Daily maximum: 5 ML / 5 sticks (25 g) = 21.5 g. Do not use as sole food source.

Unlike other fiber supplements, I don't need to worry about increased fluid intake.This liquid fiber promotes healthy digestion, is tasteless, and can be easily mixed with other foods.I completely avoid laxatives and achieve optimal results with just one scoop daily in the evening.It's really important to start consistently with one scoop three times a day for three to five days, or even five to twelve days, and gradually reduce the amount to one scoop per day.
