Bought as a test. Little foam and feels clean. Breathe smells very fresh! I'll stick with the cream for now.

I used this toothpaste because my dentist recommended it, and he was right. I haven't had any bleeding gums since then and it feels like the gums are clinging to the tooth.
The taste is neutral and not too spicy like Odol or other toothpaste versions from the supermarket.
The price could be a little cheaper, but I got it through the pharmacy.
There is another hot tip: Elmex jelly stains your teeth yellowish. Miradent also has an equivalent product that works like Elmex jelly, but remains white. Taste very good and also neutral.
