Hista Plus capsules is a dietary supplement with vitamin B3, B6, B12, folic acid, zinc and L-tryptophan.The product is vegan and free of gluten, soy, lactose and peanuts.

Mode of action

Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.Vitamin B3, B6, B12 and folic acid support a healthy energy metabolism.The vitamins also contribute to the maintenance of a normal psyche and normal functioning of the nervous system.Zinc supports a healthy acid-base balance and at the same time zinc contributes to the metabolism of macronutrients (such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats).Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the regulation of hormonal activity.

Our Hista Plus capsules contain building blocks that are needed for the body's own histamine synthesis.The formula of our capsules has been adjusted and now contains a higher dose of high-quality vitamin B12 than methylcobalamin.The zinc it contains is still in organic compounds, the zinc citrate has been replaced by zinc picolinate, so that the product is now particularly suitable for people who do not want to consume citrates.In addition to zinc picolinate, the trace element is also contained in the form of highly bioavailable zinc gluconate.
