Elotrans® reload is really good for me after a strenuous sporting activity or any physical exertion at all.I think the composition of vitamins and minerals is very good.After using it, you feel revitalized and no longer so exhausted.What I also noticed is that I can then fall asleep more quickly and more peacefully. The taste, however, is not my thing.It's far too sweet for me (by the way, this is often the case with electrolyte mixtures).I have to quickly drink a glass of clear water afterwards to neutralize the taste. However, I am completely satisfied with the effect.
