Dosage

Consumption recommendation from Dr.Böhm Cartilage & Bone Tablets:  

During the first two weeks, take 1 tablet twice a day without chewing with a little liquid, preferably with or after a meal.Afterwards, 1 to 2 tablets can be taken daily as needed over the long term.
