Doc® THERMA takes advantage of this effect: The doc® THERMA heat pad relieves muscle and joint pain as well as tension in the neck and shoulder area.

The mixture contained, which mainly consists of iron oxide and activated carbon, heats up when it comes into contact with oxygen.This provides the affected pain area with soothing deep heat that lasts for up to 12 hours.Neck pain is relieved and tense muscles are loosened and relaxed.

The thin pads disappear discreetly under clothing, are odorless and well tolerated by the skin.

Application

Open the package with the heat pad carefully by hand (not with scissors or a knife) and remove the heat pad.Slowly peel off the protective film from the back of the heat pad.There are several adhesive surfaces on the underside of the heat pad that you can use to attach the pad to the neck and shoulder area.Place the adhesive side of the heat pad on the painful area and press the pad firmly.

The heat pad heats up automatically upon contact with oxygen and reaches its maximum temperature within approximately 30 minutes.You can wear the heat pad for 12 hours to achieve optimal effectiveness.

The heat effect is activated by contact with oxygen - so please only open the package when the heat pad is to be applied.

The heat pad is intended for single use.
