Doc® THERMA takes advantage of this effect: The doc® THERMA heat belt relieves muscle and joint pain as well as tension in the lumbar and hip areas.

The mixture contained, which mainly consists of iron oxide and activated carbon, heats up when it comes into contact with oxygen.This provides the affected pain area with soothing deep heat that lasts for up to 8 hours.Back pain is relieved and tense muscles are loosened and relaxed.

The thin pads disappear discreetly under clothing, are odorless and well tolerated by the skin.

Application

Open the package containing the heating belt carefully by hand (not with scissors or a knife) and remove the heating belt.Place the heat belt precisely on the painful area in the lumbar or hip area.Then stretch the belt to the desired length and secure it with the Velcro fastener on the front.

The warming belt heats itself upon contact with oxygen and reaches its maximum temperature within approximately 30 minutes.You can wear the heat belt for 8 hours to achieve optimal effectiveness.
