Field of use

• Clabin Plus (pack size: 15 ml) is a medicine for external treatment of warts.

Mode of action

Clabin Plus (pack size: 15 ml) penetrates the wart and thereby dissolves it.
The skin layer for the skin layer is removed from the wart until it has completely disappeared.
Clabin Plus (pack size: 15 ml) forms a white protective film over the wart, which prevents new infection.
Clabin Plus (pack size: 15 ml) also has a disinfectant and antiseptic effect.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used,
  • if you are hypersensitive to the drugs that are effective in the drug Salicylic acid or lactic acid as well as salicylates or other components of the preparation,
  • in infants or
  • in patients with renal failure
  • in breastfeeding mothers if large skin areas are to be treated regularly

dosage

• Always apply the preparation exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• The medicine is intended for use on the skin.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • apply the preparation to the wart (s) 2 to 4 times a day. The medicine should not reach the healthy skin in the vicinity of the wart. You can protect them with a fatty cream. Let the treated skin areas dry.
  • Before applying again, the existing film should be removed by pulling off or rubbing off. With regular use, the softened horn layer can be easily removed after a few days, if necessary after a hot soap bath.
  • This process is repeated until the wart is removed or drops.
• The use of the preparation over a period of 4 to 6 weeks is usually sufficient. No longer apply the preparation without medical advice.
• The maximum daily dose for adults of 2G must not be used for more than 1 week. The daily dose of 0.2g must not be exceeded for children.
• Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the preparation is too strong or too weak.
• If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Taking

Patient information

• Particular caution when using the drug is required:
  • The preparation should not be used in the face or genital area.
  • Do not bring your eyes and mucous membranes into contact.
  • If in doubt, the doctor must be visited.
  • Warts are transferable! In order to prevent infection spread, your own towel should never be passed on to others for us.
  • Do not go barefoot if the foot warts exist.

Pregnancy

• The medicine may only be used in pregnancy in pregnancy (area less than 5cm2).
• The preparation must not be applied to the breastfeeding breast. The random absorption of the drug by the infant through contact with the treated part of the body must be avoided. If the doctor considers regular treatment of large skin areas with the preparation, it must be stopped at an early stage, since risks cannot be ruled out due to a lack of detoxification in newborns.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using all medicines.

Miscellaneous

- Warts are transferable
- In order to prevent infection spread, your own towel should never be passed on to others for us.
- Do not go barefoot in the presence of foot warts
- Be careful, the medicine is easily flammable.
- The drug must not be used over a large area.
- In the event of excessive irritation, the treatment should be interrupted in the meantime and resumed after the reaction has subsided.
