I tried the ointment because I'd been suffering from a bothersome heel spur for a long time, and this ointment was recommended to me.Overall, I had a good experience with the ointment. I applied it to the affected area and then covered it with cling film and subsequently with a bandage, as the ointment stains quite strongly.My experience with the ointment was positive. Whether it ultimately helped with the heel spur on its own, I can't say-but looking back, I can say that I've gotten rid of my heel spur.
