Dosage

Recommended use of Beurer BR10 insect bite healer:

Before each use, make sure that there are no longer any insect stingers in the bite site.Carefully remove the stinger before use.Application immediately after the insect sting or bite brings the best results.If you wait too long to treat the puncture or bite site and itching and swelling have already occurred, the insect bite healer can only have a limited effect. Nevertheless, treat the area with the insect bite healer.The itching can usually be relieved and healing accelerated.

1. Slide the EIN/AUS-switch towards the heating plate with the symbol “I” for ON.The device status-LED lights up green and signals the readiness of the device.
2. Place the device with the heating plate on the puncture or bite site.Press activation button 1 once.The device status-LED lights up blue and signals that the application is starting.
3. After the application has ended, an acoustic signal sounds, the heating of the heating plate is automatically stopped and the device status-LED lights up green again.Remove the heating plate from the skin area as soon as the signal sounds.
4. Turn off the device, otherwise it will automatically turn off 2 minutes after use.

ATTENTION!
Depending on the sensitivity of the person using it and the area of skin, the treatment temperature can be perceived as unpleasant and cause slight skin redness and, in rare cases, skin irritation.If the heat feels too hot, stop the treatment immediately!

5. If necessary, you can use the heat function of the insect bite healer again on the sting/bite after a break of 2 minutes, or immediately if there is another sting/bite in a different area.The maximum number of 5 applications per hour on the same treatment site must not be exceeded.
6. If the device is no longer needed, set it back to “OFF” using the EIN/AUS-switch.This is marked with the symbol “O”.The blue device status-LED goes out.
7. Before storing, make sure that the device is switched off and the heating plate has cooled down.

Battery warning
Before the battery voltage becomes too low for further applications, the device status-LED starts flashing 3x and an acoustic signal sounds 3x.Change both batteries promptly as described in Chapter 6 of the instructions for use.
