Per daily recommendation (1 capsule): 22 mg thiamine (vitamin B1), 21 mg riboflavin (vitamin B2), 16 mg niacin, 30 mg pantothenic acid, 14 mg vitamin B6, 300 µg biotin, 400 µg folic acid, 25 µg vitamin B12.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to individual ingredients, B-Complex Verla Purkaps should not be consumed.

Dosage

Recommended consumption of B-Complex Verla Purkaps:

Take 1 capsule per day with liquid.

If you have problems swallowing, the vegetable cellulose capsules can be opened and the contents e.g.B. can be stirred into drinks, smoothies or yoghurt.
