Apocanda solution
Active ingredient: clotrimazole
Application areas:
Used to treat fungal infections of the skin by dermatophytes, yeasts (e.g. Candida species), mold and other mushrooms, such as: B. Malassezia forcede. These can express themselves as mycoses of the feet, mycoses of the skin and skin folds, pityriasis versicolor, superficial candidoses.

- The medicine is a remedy for the skin.
- Application areas:

Contradictions
- The medicine must not be used,
- if you are allergic to clotrimazole or one of the other components of this medicine.
dosage
- Always apply this medicine as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- The recommended dose is:
- Apply the solution for use on the skin 2 to 3 times a day on the diseased skin areas.
- There are usually few drops for an approximately handmade area.
- Duration of the application
- The duration of the treatment depends on the type of disease and is of different lengths.
- The regular and sufficiently long use of the solution for use on the skin is important for the success of the treatment.
- In order to achieve a complete healing, you should carry out the treatment for at least 4 weeks, even if you have the impression that the acute inflammation is over and your symptoms decrease.
- A lichen mushroom (Pityriasis Versicolor) generally heals in 1-3 weeks.
- In the case of fungal infections of the feet, you should use the solution for use on the skin for about 2 weeks, even if your symptoms decrease or have disappeared after a few days.
- If you have used a larger amount of the solution than you should
- No cases of overdosing have been reported so far.
- If you have forgotten the application of the solution
- Do not apply the double dose if you have forgotten the previous application.
- If you cancel the application of the solution
- If the treatment is not sufficiently long, the fungal disease can spread again or reappear (relapse).

Taking
- Grate the solution to use on the skin slightly into the skin.

- In the case of known hypersensitivity to macrogol (polyethylene glycol) and propylene glycol or sensitivity to 2-propanol (isopropanol), it is advisable to use a form of dosage (e.g. cream) instead of the solution, in which the ingredients mentioned are not included.
- Due to the content of propylene glycol, the application should not be made to mucous membranes because local irritation is possible.
- The solution must not get in the eye.
- Wateriness and ability to operate machines
- There are no special precautions required.
Pregnancy
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this drug.
- Pregnancy
- If you apply the medicine, as described or recommended by your doctor or pharmacist, the active ingredient clotrimazole is only absorbed into the body in a very small amount; A systemic effect (effect on other organs) is therefore not to be expected.
- There are no studies on the application of the solution during pregnancy.
- Breastfeeding
- During breastfeeding, the solution should not be applied to the milk -giving breast.
