• Always take this medicine exactly as described in this package insert or take precisely after instruction from your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Dosage
  • The following information applies unless your doctor prescribed the drops otherwise. Please adhere to the application regulations, otherwise the drug cannot work properly.
  • Children up to 2 years
    • 1 Ml solution is taken twice a day (corresponding to 15 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day).
  • Children from 2 to 5 years
    • 1 Ml solution is taken 3 times a day (corresponding to 22.5 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day).
  • Children from 6 to 12 years
    • 2 - 3 Times a day 2 ml solution are taken (corresponding to 30 - 45 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day).
  • Adults and adolescents from the age of 12

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • Serious symptoms of poisoning have not been observed when the ambroxol was overdosed. There has been reported on short -term unrest and diarrhea.
  • In the event of accidental or intended extreme overdose, increased saliva secretion, strangling, vomiting and blood pressure drop can occur.
  • Contact a doctor. Acute measures, such as triggering vomiting and gastric flushing, are not generally indicated and are only considered to be extremely overdosed. Treatment is recommended in accordance with the overdosing sign that occurs.

  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
  • In connection with the use of ambroxol hydrochloride, there were reports on severe skin reactions. If you have a rash (including mucous membrane damage in the mouth, neck, nose, eye and genital area), please end the application of the drops and immediately collect medical advice.
  • Caution is advised in patients with histamine intolerance. Long -term therapy should be avoided in these patients, since ambroxol can influence histamine metabolism and lead to intolerance symptoms (e.g. headache, fluid snuff, itching).
  • Patients with restricted kidney and liver function
