Expert tip for bladder weakness:
Drinking enough water is also very important if you have a weak bladder in order to avoid possible urinary tract infections.Therefore, drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water and unsweetened fruit and herbal teas every day.Strongly diuretic drinks such as coffee, black tea, caffeinated lemonades and alcohol should generally be avoided.
