Great quality. Take it after a viral illness. The last time I had the flu I had severe hair loss. Now I take this product in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast with 25 mg of zinc in the morning and evening and I am fit again and this time without hair loss. Please take zinc with meals. Vitamaze - top quality - made in Germany.
