1 to 3 portions per day. To prepare a portion of a xlim Aktiv Hot -drink 1 measuring spoon (14 g) with xlim Aktiv Fill the powder of hot drink and in 250 ml hot WAstir. Enjoy your xlim Aktiv hot drink always freshly prepared.

Hints

With a daily intake of 3 g glucomannan, the positive effect to achieve a weight loss can be set in three portions of 1 g in connection with 1-2 glasses in front of meals and as part of a low-calorie diet. Glucomannan should be consumed with plenty of water so that it gets into the stomach.
