I'm very satisfied. I've been supplementing with zinc for a few years now, but I wasn't particularly happy with my previous zinc supplement. But I think the zinc tablets with 25 mg are great! The zinc it contains is in high doses, the tablets are easy to swallow and one pack is enough for an entire year.

I actually use zinc all year round. In winter against colds, otherwise also against impurities and for mental balance. Of course it has to be in high doses, which is why I like to choose this product. Since the can lasts a whole year, the price-performance ratio is also great!

I do sports almost every day, a lot of strength training and football, but zinc is very important for staying in shape. Zinc improves muscle recovery and is even good for hormonal balance. The capsules are very well dosed and easy to swallow. I can only recommend it. Top !
