Field of use

Thealoz duo eye gel (pack size: 30x0.4 g) is particularly suitable for heavily dry, wound eyes and as a supplement to night.
Thealoz duo eye gel (pack size: 30x0.4 g) is recommended for the treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of dry eyes (feeling of symptoms, stinging, burning) due to external influences such as wind, smoke, air pollution, dust, strong sunlight heat, cold, air conditioning systems as well as air travel or long screen work.

Mode of action

Thealoz duo eye gel (pack size: 30x0.4 g) combines the double formula made of cell-protecting triache 3 % and healing-promoting hyaluronic acid 0.15 % additionally with carbomer 0.25 % in a hypotonal formulation.
The hyaluronic acid moaning the surface of the eye beneficiaries, improves the tear film and helps with regeneration and wound healing of the cornea.
The trehalose protects the horn and conjunctiva from damage by dryness by forming natural sugar a kind of protective film on the cell surface. In addition, triaches have a high water binding capacity and is therefore a suitable ingredient for a substantive substitute.
The carbomer is mukoadhäsive (adhering to the leverage layer of the tear film), in this way extends the length of stay and contributes to a depot effect.

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients, this product should not be used.

dosage

1 Drop in each eye, 1 - 4 times a day.
Gel formulations are particularly suitable for use in the evening, shortly before bed.

Hints

Keep the single -dose -up ampoules in the original packaging to protect the content from direct lighting.
