The device is nice and handy and small. The lancing device can be adjusted from 1 to 5 levels, depending on how thin or thick the skin is. It works perfectly. Fast measurement (approx. 5 seconds). Saves all measurements including time and date. I compared my BG values with the laboratory values, 100% agreement, what more could you want-- I will definitely recommend the BG measuring device.

The Gluco Result To Go Plus is perfect for on the go thanks to its small size of just 4 cm. It fits well in your handbag without taking up much space. The application is very simple and convenient. Before starting the first application, the date and time must be set. Then wash your hands, insert the test strip into the device and wait until a drop appears. Now the device is ready to go. The lancing device is screwed on, then the lancet is pushed into the holder of the lancing device. Then the cap was pulled off the lancet. The lancing device is screwed on again. The drop of blood can be produced by pressing the gray button on the lancing device. This is quickly absorbed by the test strip. As soon as the horizontal lines appear on the display, the test strip can be removed. The measurement begins. The test result is displayed very quickly. If the value Lo/Hi is displayed here, the measurement must be repeated. If the Lo/Hi value is re-evaluated, a doctor should be consulted. There are 500 storage spaces, the average values can be accessed in 7, 14 and 30 day increments and there is a USB port as a PC interface. I was simply impressed by the overall concept. I will definitely continue to use the product.

I received both Gluco Result devices as part of a product test. Small deviations in the range of +-10 mg compared to my previous device are within the normal range for me. Lt. According to the manufacturer, deviations within 20 mg are quite "normal", even if you use 3 test sticks immediately one after the other with the same device. However, in my opinion, the large device does not offer any advantages over my previous OneTouch Verio IQ - quite the opposite, because it does not have a USB rechargeable battery and is a lot more spacious. The bag is also significantly wider than my previous one. In addition, the measurement takes longer than with the Verio IQ. The readability is very good on both devices as the numbers are kept nice and large. An important point, especially for older citizens or those with poor eyesight. I find the operation a bit unfortunate, as the device is not only operated on the top side, but also on the head side. This means you have to pan the part back and forth to see which button you need to press. Here too, the Verio IQ has a clear advantage, as it not only illuminates the controls but also the strip during operation. So you can even take measurements in the dark in the theater or cinema without any problems. So: for me it definitely failed in comparison! However, the Gluco Result ToGo makes up for a lot here because it is extremely small. Just slightly larger than the stick container, it fits into almost any pocket thanks to the cuff including lancing device - which is also extremely small. This is of course unbeatable when it comes to space requirements. Otherwise it is a real savings version, where you can at least transfer the data to the computer via USB. Here, too, I wonder why it wasn't equipped with a battery. If you run out of battery on the way, you first have to look for where you can get a suitable button cell. You can charge via USB almost anywhere - in the car, on the train, on the computer... It's a shame, because such a thing can be vital. Unfortunately, this device also takes quite a long time for the measurement or for the entire process. Not like I'm used to, sticks in and 1 second later draw blood - first there's an art break in which the devices do who knows what. However, this can be accepted with the mini part, as the “size” here cannot be estimated highly enough. Operation here is only possible with one button, which makes it a bit difficult. The price of the missing case size... The lancing device is a bit wobbly due to its small size. But it has excellent lancets - the best I've had so far! I hardly felt them and I always set every lancing device to the lowest setting because I have very sensitive fingertips. Overall, what impressed me about the devices was the small size of the ToGo. The rest is much better!

I am more than satisfied with this blood glucose meter. The operation is very simple and you can get started straight away once you have set the date and time. The device switches on immediately as soon as you have inserted a test strip. As soon as you take the blood, you will receive the measurement result within a few seconds. I find it not only particularly user-friendly and light, but also extremely fast. I particularly like that you can save your results and be reminded of the test measurement. You can also set a ketone body warning if you want. In addition to these extras, you get a small black bag in which everything has its place. So you always have everything compact and nice together.

STADA GLUCO RESULT is easy to use. The blood glucose meter fits comfortably in the hand because it has ergonomically shaped recesses on the side. The measurements have all been carried out quickly and reliably so far. Thanks to the memory (up to 30 days) and the interface, the results can be quickly transferred to the PC. My father, who also tested the device, has age-related vision problems. He was thrilled because he had no problems reading the measurement results thanks to the large display. My conclusion: STADA GLUCO RESULT can be recommended to young and old with a clear conscience.

Both meters have large numbers to read. One look at the instructions for use and the needle was ready to be inserted. The density of the skin can be adjusted from thin (1) to thick (5). Prick your finger, push the test strip into the measuring device, hold the drop on the test strip, wait a moment and read the result. Since the number read meant nothing to me as a newbie, I was able to find the relevant explanation in the instructions for use. It's really very simply described. The two storage pockets are also very practical. Everything is immediately at hand. Unfortunately, replacement test strips are very expensive. The device itself and the handling are great and recommended.
