Field of use

• The preparation contains sterile, preservative -free isotonized sea water according to a salinity of 0.9%. The solution contains all micro elements of the sea water, only the salt content of the sea water has been reduced (= isotonized), so that the salt concentration of which corresponds to body fluids and mucous membrane cells.
• It is used for gentle cleaning and moistening of the nasal cavity when it is dry or irritated, and to rinse the nasal cavity in order to solve the increased mucus during a cold or allergy.
• In addition, the preparation accelerates healing after nose operations and shortens the duration of a runny nose (rhinitis). The use of decongestant drugs can also be reduced.

Contradictions

• The product must not be applied if they are hypersensitive to one of the ingredients.

dosage

• The preparation is suitable for every age group from 2 weeks after birth.
• The usual frequency of application is 1-2 sprays in each nostril 2-4 times a day.

• No further precautionary measures are required for intended use.
• Due to its cleaning properties, it is advisable to apply the preparation before using other local Nasalia (e.g. B. for colds or allergic runny nose).
