ADVANTAGE 40 solution for dogs up to 4 kg, 4 pcs

Active ingredient: imidacloprid.
Composition: 1 ml solution contains 100 mg imidacloprid and 1 mg butylated hydroxytoluene.
Other ingredients: benzyl alcohol, propylene carbonate. Filling quantities: Dog : 0.4 ml, 0.8 ml, 1.0 ml, 2.5 ml or 4.0 ml. Cat and rabbit: 0.4 ml or 0.8 ml.

Application areas:
For the prevention and treatment of flea infestations in dogs and cats, for the treatment of biting lice (Trichodectes canis) infestations in dogs and for the treatment of flea infestations in pet rabbits. The veterinary medicinal product can be used in dogs and cats as part of the treatment strategy for allergic skin inflammation caused by flea bites (flea allergy dermatitis, FAD).
Advantage® for Dogs: Within 24 hours of using Advantage®, the fleas on the dog will be killed. A single treatment is effective against fleas for 4 weeks.

Advantage® for cats and pet rabbits: Fleas on the animal are killed within a day of treatment. A single treatment is effective against fleas on cats for 3 to 4 weeks and on pet rabbits for up to a week.

Contraindications: Do not use in puppies less than 8 weeks old. Do not use in rabbits intended for human consumption. Do not use in pet rabbits less than 10 weeks old. Not
use if you have a known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients.

Side effects: The veterinary medicinal product tastes bitter. Therefore, licking the application site
cause salivation immediately after applying the solution. This is not a sign of poisoning and will subside after a few minutes without further treatment (see also section Type and duration of
Application). In very rare cases, skin reactions such as temporary hair loss, redness, itching and/or an inflammatory reaction at the application site may occur in cats and rabbits.
In exceptional cases, signs of restlessness, excessive salivation and nervous symptoms such as incoordination, tremors and fatigue have also been reported in cats. Interactions:
No evidence of clinical intolerance has been observed following co-administration of Advantage at twice the therapeutic dose with the following commonly used veterinary medicinal products
