Field of use

Orthomol Tendo granulate/capsules 30 combination packing (pack size: 1 PCK) are a dietary supplement to support the connective tissue. A weak connective tissue is often the cause of irritating states of the tendons (Achilles tendon) and the tendon approaches (tennisel arches).

Take Orthomol Tendo granulate/capsules 30 combination packing (pack size: 1 PCK) best together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules during or after a meal. Take the enzyme tablet enclosed about half an hour before eating.

Taking

• Daily stir in the content of a bag (= daily portion) in 100-150 ml of still water or fruit juice and take it to or after a meal together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules. For the enzyme tablet, intake is recommended about 1/2 hour before the meal.

Patient information

• Orthomol Tendo® contains slightly available carbohydrates. If you suffer from disorders of glucose tolerance, use the dietary supplement only with careful metabolic control.
• Orthomol Tendo® should not be used during pregnancy, lactation and in children. In a study that glucosamine used in pregnant women, there were no abnormalities. Due to the limited data situation in glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, the use of pregnant, breastfeeding and children is not recommended.
• If medication that influences blood clotting, the blood coagulation parameters, especially when the application begin and end, should be checked closely.
• The recommended daily portion must not be exceeded.

  • Orthomol Tendo® is lactose and gluten-free.
  • In individual cases, it can lead to slight regurgitation due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsules. To avoid belching, you can take the capsules before going to bed.
  • Due to the vitamin B2 content, the urine can occur.
  • The product contains strongly coloring beta-carotene (provitamin A). Possibly occurring spots, e.g. B. on clothing, are difficult to remove.

Pregnancy
