The Medivitan® syringe consists of two separate chambers. A chamber contains vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, the second chamber contains folic acid.

Contradictions
- The medicine must not be used,
- if you are hypersensitive to pyridoxin hydrochloride, cyanocobalamine, folic acid or one of the other components.
- if there is an inflammatory change of tissue in the application area.
- if there is suspected insensitivity to folic acid.
- for megaloblast anemia as a result of an isolated vitamin B12 deficiency.
- with isolated folic acid deficiency.
dosage
- Always apply this medicine exactly as described in this instruction or exactly according to the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- The recommended dose is:
- inject a dose of intramuscular or intravenously twice a week and carry out this therapy for 4 weeks (a total of 8 injections).

- Folic acid is orally to be added between the injections every day.
